Infinergy® is very different from traditional EVA or PU foam because it’s made from expanded thermoplastic polyurethane (eTPU) beads fused together, rather than a single slab of molded foam.

All U-Power models sold in the U.S. comply with ASTM F2413-24. This standard covers:
• I/75 – Impact resistance (75 ft-lb)
• C/75 – Compression resistance (2,500 lbs)
• EH – Electrical Hazard protection (up to 18,000 volts under dry conditions)
• PR – Puncture resistance (when applicable)
• SD – Static dissipative (for specific models)

Proper fit is essential for comfort and safety — especially with safety toe footwear. U-Power shoes should feel comfortable immediately — not painful during break-in. If your U-Power shoes don’t feel right, here’s what to do:

• Toes touching the safety cap? → Likely too small.
• Heel slipping? → Possibly too big or wrong width.
• Numbness or tingling? → Improper size or lacing tension.

Unfortunately, no. Once your order has been placed it is sent to our warehouse for processing. You will need to return the original package to obtain a refund.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email includes your tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number in the email and you will be redirected directly to the courier’s tracking page, where you can monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

Your credit card will not be charged until your order ships. Any temporary authorizations placed on your card when placing an order should drop off in 3-5 business days as determined by your banking institution.

A return refund back to your original form of payment is processed 7-10 days after we receive your returned item(s) at our facility. Depending on where you initiated your return shipment, it can take up to 10 days for your return to reach us.

Power boots should feel comfortable immediately — not painful break-in periods.

After heavy use:
• Remove dirt with a soft brush or damp cloth.
• Clean the outsole tread to prevent buildup.
• For leather models, use mild soap and water.
• For microfiber/textile, wipe gently — avoid aggressive scrubbing.
If shoes get wet:
• Remove insoles.
• Let them air dry naturally at room temperature.
• Stuff with newspaper to absorb moisture.
