We stand behind the craftsmanship of our footwear. U-Power footwear (the “Product(s)”) is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the original date of purchase.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear (including worn soles, scuffed uppers, or general aging)
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident, or unauthorized alteration
• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces not approved by U-Power
• Fit issues or comfort preferences after the product has been worn

Authorized Sellers

This warranty is valid only for Products purchased from U-Power USA, Inc. or from an authorized U-Power USA, seller. U-Power USA reserves the right to reject warranty claims for Products purchased from unauthorized sources, including unverified online platforms.

How to File a Warranty Claim

If you believe your U-Power product is defective, please email a completed Warranty Return Form along with the following documentation:

• Clear photo of internal tags showing style number and size
• Photo of the Product (full view)
• Photo of the outsole showing tread wear
• Close-up of the defective area
• Proof of purchase (dated within 12 months) from an authorized seller
• Photo of the original box and label (if available)

Resolution Process

Once we review your claim and inspect the documentation, if the Product is determined to be defective under the terms of this warranty, we may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.

Legal Notes

This warranty is the sole express warranty provided by U-Power USA. Any implied warranties, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this limited warranty.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
